Privacy Policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains what information ER Subaru Engines (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send us a request through a form on this site, we collect what you enter. That is usually your name, phone number and email address, details about your vehicle, and your message. When you book online, we also collect the details needed to schedule your appointment.
How we use it
- To answer your request, give you a quote and schedule work.
- To provide our services and keep normal business records.
- To contact you about your request, by phone, text or email.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with companies that run this website and manage customer requests for us, and only so they can do that work. We may also share it if the law requires it, or as part of selling or transferring our business.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may call or text you about your request. We won't send you marketing texts unless you agree to them, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We don't share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our servers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and the page you asked for. We use it to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you open this site from a private link that was sent to you directly, a first-party cookie is used to count those visits. It is not used to follow you to other websites.
We don't use advertising or analytics tracking tools on this site.
Content from other companies
Some pages include content from other companies. They may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies:
- Fonts delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when a page loads.
- Our online booking tool, which receives the details you enter when you book.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. We don't track visitors across other websites, so there is nothing on this site for that signal to switch off.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Keeping your information
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our normal business records, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, call us at (719) 598-8101.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
